To celebrate the two year anniversary of Earth Sounds Volume 1 I’m releasing an alternative version of the EP ✳︎ esv1 [melted] ✳︎ For this version I took the songs, recorded them into a 4 track cassette tape player, and turned the speed knob down. The result is a saturated, slow, pitched down version of the music that feels like it got left out in the sun for too long. Shout out to DJ Screw - pioneer of remix culture (CHOPPED & SCREWED) and to all gen z kids who’s favorite genre of music is “slowed and reverbed songs on youtube”. You are my inspo ❤︎
